Job Description:
- Dispatch a core group of technicians and manage a daily service schedule in an efficient and timely manner
- Communicate with and update customers based on the daily service schedule
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues as they arise, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Provide information about our services
- Build sustainable relationships with both customers and technicians
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products, services, and technician skillsets to utilize when making decisions based on specific customer request/needs
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
