We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and growth-focused leader to join our team as Director of Media & Analytics. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead and expand our media & analytics practice, shaping how we drive performance, insights, and efficiency for our clients.
You’ll lead a fast-growing team and oversee high-performing, multi-channel media campaigns for some of the most exciting brands in CPG, finance, retail, and beyond. With deep expertise in paid media, analytics, and reporting, you’ll set the vision for how we drive performance today—and build the infrastructure that will scale Anchour for the future.

Location: Hybrid position in Maine OR open to remote EST

What You’ll Do
You will lead our media and analytics team, playing a pivotal role in shaping strategy, optimizing execution, and ensuring that our clients achieve measurable growth and success. You will work closely with brand, creative, and digital teams to develop strategies that maximize impact, efficiency, and ROI.
You will lead the evolution of our media and analytics practice—developing cross-channel media strategy, data analytics, and audience development—while building the infrastructure and team to scale it for the future.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute media roadmaps and investment strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients.
● Oversee multi-million-dollar paid media budgets, ensuring maximum performance and efficiency across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, SA360, CM360, MNTN, and emerging platforms.
● Guide and support our in-house media management team, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and efficiency.
● Build best-in-class analytics, reporting, and measurement frameworks to track, optimize, and refine media performance.
● Improve attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and data-driven optimization strategies to ensure smart spend allocation.
● Partner with brand, creative, and CRO teams to align media strategies with creative execution and website performance for seamless user journeys.
● Present media strategies, insights, and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and a clear link between investment and results.
● Act as a strategic advisor to client teams on how to scale growth through data-driven media strategies.
● Guide and support our in-house media team, mentoring specialists and shaping the future of our media & analytics offering.
● Optimize our media and analytics processes today, while identifying opportunities to improve automation and efficiencies as we scale.
What We’d Like To See
● 5–8 years of experience in media strategy, paid media, and analytics, ideally at a high-growth agency or brand.
● Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar media budgets across Google, Meta, programmatic platforms (DV360, SA360, CM360), and CTV (MNTN, etc.).
● Strong client-facing leadership skills, with the ability to present insights, defend strategies, and build relationships with senior marketing executives.
● Deep expertise in audience segmentation, first-party data strategies, and advanced targeting methodologies.
● Experience managing cross-functional teams, mentoring specialists, and leading end-to-end campaign execution.
● A builder mindset—someone who can lead the work today but create the systems for tomorrow.
● An analytical problem solver who makes decisions based on data, insights, and trends.
