ROLE OVERVIEW
Fohr is looking for an experienced marketing leader to position their company for accelerated growth and to create a best in class marketing function. They need an innovative, fast-moving, creative yet data-driven leader to take their business to a new level, define and communicate their brand and offering, attract new customers, and grow revenue to a new customer base.
They’re looking for someone who can come in and confidently own the more quantitative and systems-based facets of their marketing function(s). A person who interprets their team's strengths in brand and story-telling as what it is: a strong foundation they can build upon.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
As their Marketing Director you will be responsible for:
- Craft breakthrough marketing strategies combining creative content and analytical optimisation for sustainable growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and new opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across, email, social, influencer engagement, etc.
- Continuously analyze marketing performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Foster a high-performing marketing team culture focused on testing and excellence.
- Ensure brand consistency across platforms while allowing customisation where required.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging social platforms and marketing technologies.
- Apply an experimentation mindset to campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of campaigns and tactics
- Partner closely with sales team to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment, identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic account
- Elevate brand awareness in partnership with Product and create brand building programs that deliver long-term impact on the company's growth

- Ability to think strategically with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide a high-performing team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven track record as a B2B marketing leader with success in driving revenue growth
- Industry experience in content creation, e-commerce, fashion, retail or advertising agency highly desirable
- An analytical thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Track record of building brands using a variety of different channels
- Creative thinker and prolific generator of marketing ideas with a propensity to measure all experiments

Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
