What You’ll Do
- Design for Our Core Weight Loss Funnel: Collaborate with the Senior Designer to improve our weight loss experience by designing intuitive, conversion-focused assets that help drive patient acquisition and engagement.
- Create and Optimize Landing Pages & Flows: Work on landing pages, onboarding flows, and key conversion moments—focusing on usability, clarity, and performance, with guidance and feedback from senior team members..
- Develop Variants for CRO Testing: Support A/B testing efforts by designing multiple creative variations for landing pages and flows, in partnership with the Growth and Product teams.
- Support Multi-Brand Expansion: Help build consistent and scalable design assets as we expand into new telehealth verticals and brands, ensuring each maintains a strong visual identity.
- Refine & Maintain Design Systems: Help maintain Figma component libraries, templates, and structured design systems for efficiency and consistency.
- Work Closely with Engineers: Ensure seamless implementation of designs, collaborating with developers to maintain quality and performance.
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in UX/UI, digital product design, and CRO-focused design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-converting designs, UX/UI best practices, and conversion and/or retention-driven work.
- Fluency in Figma (including component libraries and auto-layout) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- A solid understanding of user behavior, trust-building design, and frictionless experiences.
- Experience in consumer health, wellness, or telehealth is a plus but not required.
- A highly collaborative mindset - you enjoy working with engineers, marketers, and product teams.
- A fast-moving, iterative approach - you thrive in high-growth environments and enjoy testing and refining designs.
