Our firm has recently expanded to the San Bernardino area and is looking for the next great addition to our sales and customer enrollment team. Our firm specializes in conceiving unmatched customer experiences and enhancing our client’s brand awareness through direct customer outreach.
Business is booming, and we need individuals with superior communication, problem-solving, and people skills to be a part of our team. Our entry-level Customer Enrollment Representatives are at the forefront of our customer outreach efforts and a key part of our expansion goals. This role involves directly interacting with prospective customers on behalf of our clients, executing sales presentations and facilitating the enrollment process.
Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Representative:
- Participate in strategic outreach campaigns focused on driving customer enrollment on behalf of our clients
- Execute sales presentations aimed at increasing revenue and driving new business for our clients
- Master all client product knowledge to effectively educate consumers and suggest products/services that meet their needs
- Accurately track all customer information and adhere to all confidentiality requirements
- Attend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering customer service efforts
Requirements of the Customer Enrollment Representative:
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- At least some experience working in a customer service environment
- Leadership skills are a plus!
- Proficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the team
- The ability to think on your feet and adapt as different situations arise
- Must be able to work full-time
- Must be able to travel locally
JOB OVERVIEW:
- This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday hours
- Paid training is provided, upon completion pay is commission based
- Continued training and development is offered
- This position is based out of our office in San Bernardino
- This is an immediate hire position

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
