Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the execution of marketing and sales campaigns, including direct marketing and promotional sales activities.
- Participate in customer outreach and enrollment
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, collect data, and provide insights to improve results.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including design, creative, and marketing, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor activity to help refine marketing approaches.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
