Plant Care Specialist – Interior Horticulture
Creative Plants of the SE is a leading provider of interiorscape design, installation and maintenance services in the Asheville area for over 30 years. We create biophilic green environments that transform indoor business spaces into thriving, vibrant living areas.
We are seeking a qualified candidate for a year-round position. In this role you will visit commercial accounts and care for the living plants. Continuous education and training are employed to give you all the tools you need to succeed. Customer service and problem-solving abilities are paramount in this position to achieve desired results for our clients. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about plants if you demonstrate the desire, drive, and integrity to represent us!
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding plant care and maintenance.
- Cultivate and maintain a variety of indoor plants, ensuring optimal growth conditions through proper irrigation and care.
Qualifications
- Able to maneuver a ladder
- Strong gardening skills with a focus on interior environments
- Have a valid driver's license
- Neat and well groomed
