1st shift (Monday-Thursday from 7am-5:30pm)

PAY: $13.50/HR

Creative Plastics is seeking 1st shift Assemblers to perform one or a combination of unskilled tasks as assigned to assist the general operation of the plant in a safe and efficient manner.

Duties:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.

Requirements:

• Position requires a strong attention to detail to assure a quality product as each employee is responsible for the quality of the products they produce.
• The position entails frequent moderate to heavy lifting while standing for up to 10 hrs. a day. Position also entails frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting.
• This full-time position requires the ability multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
