This is a full-time position for Administrative Assistant / Operations Support starting at $22 per hour with an opportunity for rapid advancement commensurate with performance (salary range $22-$29/hr.)
For 40 hours per week with the opportunity for increased pay, overtime, bonus incentives, and advancement.
Your Tasks:
To actively maintain and grow our office operations by enhancing customer and vendor relations, understanding and solving customer and vendor requirements by offering product and service solutions, receiving and distributing communications; logistics management and maintaining office functionality.
The Administrative Assistant / Operations Support position creates and manages business transactions and reports from customers, vendors, and other business data such as invoices, payments, logistics, and contracts. Quickbooks experience is a plus.
This is a Perfect Opportunity if you have:
- Relevant college degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant office operations and project management experience.
- Strong administration experience
- Telecommunications proficiency along with email, web and chat communication.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliability and self-initiative.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in information research (Insights and analytical skills)
- Experience in Project Management and QuickBooks is a plus.
