Job Summary
The Operations Administrative Assistant will primarily support our VP of Operations by providing support for administrative tasks including reporting, expense reports, routine communication, meeting agenda, meeting prep and note taking, and calendar management. May support other Executive leadership on a limited basis. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people. Responsible for the entering, auditing, and reporting of data while modeling the organizational purpose, values, and standards consistently.
What you will do:
- Provide support for administrative tasks including reporting, expense reports, routine communication, meeting agenda, meeting prep and note taking, and calendar management. Perform all duties with respect to Company's Purpose, Values, Standards & Core Competencies.
- Coordinates with staff and leadership to assess reporting needs
- Creates filing systems for electronic file storage.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot requests as they come in from park sites and regional leadership.
- Review and format documents to ensure consistency
