Job Title: Experienced Sign Installer with CDL (Preferably)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sign Installer with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (preferred but not required) to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in safely and efficiently installing a wide range of signage, including but not limited to exterior building signs, interior displays, and digital signage solutions. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport signage materials and equipment to job sites using company vehicles.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule installations and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Perform on-site surveys to assess installation requirements and identify potential challenges.
• Install signage according to design specifications and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including photos, measurements, and client signoffs.
• Provide training and guidance to junior installers as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in signage installation, with proficiency in handling a variety of materials and techniques.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of installation techniques, tools, and equipment used in the signage industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and signage plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing job site conditions.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Comprehend the necessity of using technology such as Mothernode CRM, Bamboo HR and Samsara Fleet Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDL Certification or training in sign installation or related field.
• Experience with electrical components and wiring associated with illuminated signage.
• Familiarity with digital signage software and content management systems.
