Your Impact as an Area Marketer
In This Hands-on, Community-focused Role, You Will
- Develop and carry out marketing plans to increase facility visibility and census
- Spend time each week building relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior centers, and local service agencies
- Represent the facility through public speaking engagements and health-related community events
- Provide facility tours and assist prospective residents and families through the admissions process
- Report weekly on marketing activity and progress
- Support internal initiatives that strengthen community engagement
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in marketing, public relations, or community outreach—preferably in healthcare or senior services
- A strong communicator, confident in public speaking and interpersonal settings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
- Consistently reliable and professional in attendance and conduct
- Skilled at juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able and willing to travel locally as needed
