We're seeking a motivated Area Marketer to represent our facility and build meaningful relationships that drive growth and awareness. This is a shared position between Mission Ridge and La Bahia.
Your Impact as an Area Marketer
In this hands-on, community-focused role, you will:

Develop and carry out marketing plans to increase facility visibility and census

Spend time each week building relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior centers, and local service agencies

Represent the facility through public speaking engagements and health-related community events

Provide facility tours and assist prospective residents and families through the admissions process

Report weekly on marketing activity and progress

Support internal initiatives that strengthen community engagement
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in marketing, public relations, or community outreach—preferably in healthcare or senior services

A strong communicator, confident in public speaking and interpersonal settings

Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field

Consistently reliable and professional in attendance and conduct

Skilled at juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
