Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with other professionals for diagnostic swallowing procedures, participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care, and training and educating clients, family, caregivers, and other professionals as a subject matter expert. Additionally, you will evaluate residents' conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide education to residents and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
