Wage:
Non-Licensed Caregivers $22/Hour
LPNs $30/Hour
RNs $45/Hour
** There is an incentive structure that will be discussed during the phone interview, if the applicant meets criteria and an interview is scheduled. **
Schedule:
Weekday Schedule
? AM Shift 5am-1pm
? Mid Shift 1pm-6pm
? PM Shift 6pm-5am (Non-
sleeping)
Weekend Schedule
? AM Shift 5am-1pm
? Mid Shift 1pm-9pm
? PM Shift 9pm-5am (Non-
sleeping)
AMs and Weekends are high priority - Additional shifts may be available
** Schedule/Shifts are flexible, but the member requires consistent and reliable staff. **
Tasks:
Personal Cares:
? Feeding, Bathing, grooming, dressing
? G-tube
? Albuterol Treatments (Machine)
? Medications
? Transfers/Re-positioning/Ambulation
? Any additional cares needed
Home Cares:
? Cleaning rooms/appliances
? Light organization
? Laundry (including bedding)
? Shopping/errands
? Meal preparation
Requirements:
? Reliable Consistent

? Willing to listen to client
? Perform tasks how client needs/wants
