Job Description Creative Wellness - FT Front Desk Administrative Assistant needed for busy Chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture office. Hours will vary as we are open 7 days a week. Please look at our website at creativewellness.net for our hours
Position Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills. *Ability to multitask. *Strong organizational, computer, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. *Experience with Practice Management/Scheduling software *Experience with EMR Software and Insurances *Microsoft Office competent; Excel and Word a must. *Some post-secondary education preferred, experience can be considered in its place.
Job Duties/Responsibilities: The first experience for our clients at Creative Wellness is on the phone or in person with the Front Desk. Thus this position is the first line of communication with our clients: answering questions or providing general information about our services giving each client a world class customer service experience.
Responsible for keeping, updating, and maintaining information as it pertains to plans of care. EMR Software, and insurances. A people person with an exceptional customer service and organization skills!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

  • East Lansing, MI 48823: Relocate before starting work (Required)
