Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and overall maintenance of the building's infrastructure, equipment, and grounds. This role involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs to maintain a well-functioning facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and skilled in multiple trades such as basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance. This position will require overseeing maintenance at 4 locations in Fort Myers and Naples.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance /and Repairs:
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility, identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
- Perform or coordinate repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Handle minor carpentry, painting, and cosmetic repairs as needed.
Preventative Maintenance:
- Develop and execute a preventative maintenance schedule for building systems and equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and replace or repair components as necessary.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace, following OSHA and company safety standards.
- Address potential safety hazards promptly and effectively.
Emergency Response:
- Respond to facility-related emergencies, including system failures, leaks, or power outages, to minimize downtime and maintain operations.
Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
- Oversee vendor work to ensure quality and adherence to scope and timelines.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Provide regular reports on facility conditions, completed tasks, and outstanding issues.
General Duties:
- Assist with office and workspace setups, furniture assembly, and equipment installation.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as landscaping, weather-related maintenance, etc.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
Experience: 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
Skills:
- Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor settings.
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts or respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
