About the Role:
We're looking for a gritty, driven Account Executive (Brand Partnerships Manager) who will lead prospective client relationships to mutually beneficial growth. This will include phone calls, product demonstrations, shrewd negotiating, the ability to close new brand partnerships and maintain relationships.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is experienced and comfortable executing outbound and inbound sales initiatives and managing their sales funnel. You are an organized, detail oriented, positive and outgoing individual built to thrive in a start-up environment. We’re looking for team-players with a work-hard play-hard mentality.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service
- Network and develop new brand relationships and partnerships, in an effort to grow business and help Creator expand
- Create and execute effective outbound business development sales strategies, connecting with ICPs
- Connect with inbound prospects to identify client needs and consult on solutions
- Develop comprehensive proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Manage your entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing a sale
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline development, and client interactions to Leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless client onboarding and overall customer experience
- Position yourself and Creator as thought leaders within the influencer and affiliate marketing industries
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years Sales and Business Development experience, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in SaaS and/or Martech sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Team player with a work-hard play-hard mentality
- Previous experience working in a start-up environment is an asset
- Experience with Salesforce and Apollo is an asset

Compensation Range:
We offer a starting salary of $60,000-85,000 CAD commission
Total compensation includes Salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks
