About the Role:
We're looking for a savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Brand Partnerships Team. You’ll know (or learn) how to identify new business opportunities and hunt them down while keeping things organized for you and the team. You will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and building relationships with potential clients both online and in person through various trade shows in North America.
You’ll be responsible for creating and constructing tactful outbound strategies pursuing our ideal Brand Partners who are a mix of small to enterprise clients; primarily in the Beauty, Health and Wellness, Parenting, Fashion, Pets, Fitness, and Tech categories.
The successful candidate will be motivated, gritty, and eager to make a difference through the tenacious pursuit of some very cool brands with awesome products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize with team members to build scalable outbound sales procedures across multiple channels
- Identify potential leads and skillfully bring them into the sales funnel to drive initial engagement and curiosity
- Network and develop new brand relationships and partnerships, in an effort to grow business and help Creator expand
- Connect with inbound prospects to identify client needs and consult on solutions
- Deeply understand the Creator Economy, Influencer Marketing, and how Creator.co can bring value to our ICP
- Manage your entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing a sale
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline development, and client interactions to Leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless client onboarding and overall customer experience
- Position yourself and Creator as thought leaders within the influencer and affiliate marketing industries
Requirements:
- 1 years Sales and Business Development experience, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in SaaS and/or Martech sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Team player with a work-hard play-hard mentality
- Previous experience working in a start-up environment is an asset
- Experience with Salesforce and Apollo is an asset

Compensation Range:
We offer a starting annual salary of $50,000-60,000 CAD commission
Total compensation includes Salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks
