Vice President of Strategic Services

In this role, you’ll get to:
- Develop and manage the go-to-market sales, pricing, and delivery business plan and strategy for CreatorIQ Strategic Services.
- Be accountable for the Services organization's P&L, team utilization, and meeting operational and financial goals and targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and prospects, leveraging expertise to identify service opportunities with our software as the foundation.
- Lead industry research initiatives to provide customers and internal stakeholders with forward-looking insights and thought leadership.
- Translate influencer and social media trends into actionable recommendations for customers and product teams.
- Collaborate with customers to develop and execute a successful influencer campaign strategy through the CreatorIQ platform.
- Support customers by identifying gaps in internal talent for customers and proposing tailored solutions to help them achieve their creator marketing goals.
- Provide oversight and support for client campaigns, ensuring excellence in execution and ROI measurement.
- Embed Strategic Services into the customer lifecycle to maximize adoption, satisfaction, and expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to architect compelling SaaS Services packages.
- Manage the Services team, overseeing project completion, revenue generation, and overall team success.
- 8–10 years of strategic consulting and leadership experience within major brands, agencies, or SaaS organizations, with a proven track record of building a professional services program in the marketing intelligence or data analytics field.
- Proven ability to engage at the executive level, driving strategic discussions and influencing decisions.
- Champion a consultative approach that blends data, creative thinking, and deep influencer marketing expertise.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into insights and strategy.
- Skill in translating customer insights into scalable, customer-centric service solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at fostering a high-performing team within a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in deadline management, team coordination, and problem-solving.
- Adept at multitasking, organization, and effective communication.
