- 3 years of experience in creative strategy, branding, or a related field
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and a variety of communication channels
- Proven ability to develop compelling and innovative marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience with project management and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
