Digital Marketing Manager

Location : Headquarters - Athens, GA Job Family : ManagerReports To : Sr Creative Director Exemption : ExemptPosition Purpose : The Digital Marketing Manager will lead digital content creation, platform management, and data analysis to optimize campaigns, enhance user experience, and drive customer engagement.Duties and Responsibilities1. Content and Platform Management :

• Create and manage engaging digital content for social media, websites, email, and blogs.
• Maintain a digital content calendar to ensure timely, cohesive messaging across channels.
• Organize and oversee the digital asset management system, ensuring accessibility and alignment with brand guidelines.2. User Experience (UX) Design :
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to develop user-friendly digital assets and webpages.
• Manage the development of branded online experiences that enhance customer interaction and engagement.3. Digital Advertising and Campaign Execution :
• Execute multi-channel digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Develop and optimize paid social media strategies aligned with key brand offerings.
• Support online merchandise sales and taproom promotions through targeted digital campaigns.4. Marketing Analytics :
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance to track ROI and optimize strategies.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and audience insights to inform decision-making.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and analytics platforms.
• Strong skills in content management, UX design, and campaign performance analysis.
