The Digital Success Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our digital solutions.
Essential Functions:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals and challenges.
· Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, leveraging a deep understanding of their needs and our product offerings.
· Lead presentations to showcase the value of our solutions and address client needs and objections.
· Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use our services and achieve their desired outcomes.
· Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, conducting regular check-ins, surveys, and reviews to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns.
· Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings and provide strategic guidance to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in a sales or customer support role, preferably in the digital technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools is a plus.
