Role Overview
CreddNET is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The VP of Sales will oversee direct sales, account management, and business development activities, with a key focus on expanding our presence in the private lending and alternative financing sectors.
This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with experience in Private Lending (mandatory), and Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) is highly preferred. The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, leading and mentoring the sales team, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Oversee direct sales efforts, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with brokers, lenders, and service providers in the private credit and alternative financing ecosystem.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to the executive team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with market needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging experience in Private Lending and MCA to deliver innovative solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Experience in Private Lending; knowledge of Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in direct sales, sales management, and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams successfully.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to market changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the alternative financing or fintech space is a significant advantage.
