Job Description / Objectives and Key Results
The Check-Out CA is the “Boss of Tomorrow”. The primary focus is practice member accounts, mapping, collections, and building relationships. Check-Out CA is primarily responsible for incoming calls, financial agreements, basic insurance questions and strong knowledge of doctors requests for the practice member. Check-Out CA is instrumental in working with the Check-In CA and supporting her/him, as well as being aware of office flow.

Overview:
Here’s some of what you’ll be responsible for each week. Of course, this will evolve over time as the company grows:
- Retrieve and return Phone Messages/Emails/Texts
- Re-schedule appointments, add transactions and stop managers to missed appointments
- Add NP Files, information, transaction, payment to Platinum
- Manage Practice Member Accounts
- Print Schedules and Receipts for Patients
- Enter Transactions
- Enter/manage appropriate “stop managers’”
- Collect Monthly Payments
- Schedule Future Appointments, Re-schedule Missed Appointments and Consults
- Run Reports
- Create a WOW experience for every person who walks through the doors. Always serve with excellence.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33 – 40 per week
