What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Affiliated Chiropractic Center?
Chiropractic clinic in North Austin (West of Mopac) looking for a peaceful, friendly, and timely individual for front office position. Must love humans & be a kind person with a positive attitude. Honesty, integrity & intelligence is very important.
Must have an open mind (teachable) to learning how our clinic works. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to use office equipment, computer, scanner, fax and phone system. Duties include greeting and assisting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, light inventory, entering insurance payments into our EHR system, etc.

The position is a permanent part-time position. Mon-Fri, 8:30-2:00pm approximately 27 1/2 hours per week. Starting pay is $16.50 and includes paid time off, complimentary chiropractic care, supplement spending account & EOY bonus. High school diploma or GED equivalent, experience not necessary, willing to train. Familiarity with chiropractic care a plus!
