Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a face-to-face sales environment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store.

- Conduct product demos to engage customers and promote new items.
- Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling cash register duties.
