Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse who has worked in leadership and with multi-functional teams. Here at Credentia, this person will lead our quality assurance coordinating team through auditing, accommodations, and grevience processes. As the Director of QA and NAE Operations, you will be fully engaged in program standards with each state where Credentia is currently doing business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties of the position include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Subject matter expertise for the NNAAP® Examination and Skill Evaluation Content as it relates to training of evaluators and training programs needs
•Provides quality objective evaluation based on standards and proven measurement as key component of the Credentia NNAAP® program
•Ensures that Credentia NNAAP® program standards are upheld.
•Manages workflows associated with grievances, accommodations, and quality assurance dept.
•Oversees management of nurse aide evaluators and quality assurance auditors in collaboration with program coordinators as the first point of contact with NAEs
•Coordinate training clarification questions from training programs and Nurse Aide Evaluators
•Develop and manage NAE quality assurance programs according to Credentia Nurse Aide LLC standards and requirements.
•Involved in the creation of SOPs to maintain NAE standards of expectations.
•Participates in client calls and in person meetings as needed.
•Collaborates with all departments regarding all things related to evaluators.
•Ensure quality assurance program success by closely working with Operations.
•Develop and manage Facility quality assurance programs according to Credentia Nurse Aide LLC standards and requirements.
•Provides mentorship and quality control as part of the audit processes for evaluators and facilities.
•Develops training for hundreds of RN evaluators by involvement in onboarding process.
•Designs and delivers remediations for evaluators not incompliance with behavior, scoring or processes as needed.
•Multi-state travel will be required 50% of the time.

•BA/BS or Nursing Degree Required
•8 years of nursing management experience.
•Ability to multi-task.
•3 years working as an RN in either a long-term care facility or with the Chronically ill.
•Ability to work independently and across the organization
•Ability to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as internal complaints, maintaining the security of data, competing priorities of high significance to the successful function of the department
•Ability to use a variety of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and CRM tools.
•Excellent communication skills.
•A Strategic Mind. Ability to work with all levels of the Credentia organization and client teams to find solutions to often complex issues.
