- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices in application development.
- Architect complex process designs and workflows, enhancing system functionalities while adhering to Appian best practices.
- Mentor and support junior developers, providing guidance in coding standards, best practices, and problem resolution.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications, ensuring all components work as intended and identifying areas for improvement.

- Experience with Appian integrations with external systems and APIs.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar.
