About The Role
Click Therapeutics is offering a Finance Intern position that provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple finance functions, including accounts payable (AP), billings, travel and expense (TandE) processes, timesheets, financial reporting, and budgeting. The intern will also contribute to various ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing the company's Accounting and FPandA functions.
Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager and the FPandA Senior Associate, the Finance Intern will collaborate closely with the Staff Accountant and other finance team members as needed.
This position is based at Click Therapeutics’ headquarters in Tribeca, NYC, within a rapidly growing digital health community. This is a hybrid internship requiring in-office attendance on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
Support and observe AP vendor invoice and cash processes.
Assist with reviewing expense reports and timesheets.
Help monitor system integrations between NetSuite (ERP) and Anaplan.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting and FPandA templates/workpapers used for internal month-end processes and external reporting.
Assist in documenting, refining, and optimizing financial processes and policies to improve financial discipline across the company.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled as a rising sophomore or junior pursuing an undergraduate degree.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
$22 per hour
Hours and Duration
Part-time position (30 hours per week)
Internship duration: 10 weeks, from May 20th to August 1st, 2025
