Senior Analyst, Structured Finance

We have an immediate need for a Senior Analyst to join our Asset Management team at our corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA. We are looking for an experienced analyst to be an instrumental part of the team that manages our strategic partnerships on the structured finance side of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging, dynamic, and high-growth environment.

We are searching for someone with a natural curiosity and desire to question and understand the underlying factors that drive business performance. Ideally, someone with financial oversight and relationship management experience, particularly in roles where they have served as one of the key points of contact for multimillion-dollar B2B relationships. Candidates should be extremely goal-oriented, with a relentless drive to exceed expectations and the ability to influence others to do the same. The Senior Analyst will be expected to :

• Serve as a key member of the deal team for both ongoing and future investment opportunities on the structured finance side of our business;
• Serve as the key point of contact to our counterparties for all matters (strategy, credit / valuation, finance, legal, etc.) pertaining to our structured lending relationships;
• Monitor the financial performance of the portfolio collateral, the economic health of assigned counterparties, and overall compliance with our loan agreements
• Provide internal feedback (performance, compliance, etc.) on our lending relationships, as well as formulate and present solutions to the deal team on ways to grow, enhance, and amend our lending arrangements for the benefit of both Credigy and our counterparties;
• Foster strong relationships with assigned counterparties to ensure long-term partnerships for the business;
• Assist more junior team members with their development as needed.
