The Legal Technical Writer I position is to support the Company’s Document Management Program. In this role, you will support Company leaders and attorneys by developing, drafting, and implementing Company policies, process guidelines and job aids.
Outcomes and Activities :
- Efficiently Development Documents : Become a subject matter expert in your assigned areas of the business, and provide valuable feedback and guidance in developing policies, process guidelines and job aids in those areas. Ensure that all documents developed by you are accurate, current, clear, concise, compliant, and consistent. Support other areas of the business you are not directly assigned to with document development as the need arises.
- Timely Publish Documents : Work with business leaders and stakeholders to set clear expectations and deadlines for document development milestones. Timely deliver new and / or amended policies, process guidelines and job aids
- Document Library and Submission Tool : Assist with the administration of the Company’s Document Library and Document Submission Tool to ensure team members have access to documents necessary for them to do their job
