As the Director of Inside Sales, you will lead a team of Remote Area Managers who are dedicated to identifying, developing, and maximizing opportunities in open / vacant markets and underserved areas. Your innovative approach, coaching skills, and leadership experience will be instrumental in driving sales growth, market penetration.
Outcome and Activities :
- Team Leadership : Provide strong leadership to the Remote Area Manager team, motivating and guiding them to achieve their targets and objectives. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Strategic Planning : Develop comprehensive strategies to penetrate and capitalize on target markets / territories and underserved areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Sales Performance Management : Monitor and analyze sales metrics, team performance, and market data to assess and improve Remote Area Manager team's strategies and tactics. Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team is on track to meet or exceed them.
- Coaching and Training : Mentor and coach Remote Area Managers to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques. Implement training programs to continuously develop the team's capabilities.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adapt Remote Area Manager team strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relations : Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internal and external. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction to build team and company brand loyalty and increase market share.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with Sales at the National, Regional and District levels.
- Innovation and Adaptability : Encourage a culture of innovation and agility within the team to gain a competitive edge in the target markets.
