We are seeking a customer-centric Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to help manage and optimize our customer experience email program. This role will focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.
The ideal candidate
You are passionate about creating great customer experiences via email, with strong expertise in email marketing, customer segmentation, and targeted content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage email automation workflows that nurture customer relationships, improve retention, and encourage payment success.
- Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, and triggered messages.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy.
- Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience.
- A/B test and optimize email content, subject lines, push notification copy, visuals, and CTAs to maximize engagement and overall impact.
- Monitor customer feedback and behavior to refine messaging and enhance the overall user experience.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and lifecycle management, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.
- Experience in credit repair or financial services is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing customer journeys across multiple channels, including email and mobile.
- Expertise in email marketing platforms and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Familiarity with mobile marketing platforms and push notification tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to optimize strategy.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages across email and mobile platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
