Position Description:
Responsible for handling incoming calls from automotive dealerships who need help with our software.
MUST be able to work on-call on one weekend a month and rotate holidays. In addition to working in the office M-F in Frisco, TX
Responsibilities:
o Provide quality calls 100% of the time and always represent an automotive dealership in a positive and professional manner
o Troubleshooting customer calls
o ensure each new account is assigned, installed and managed with exceptional customer service
o Serve as the first level of escalation for technical, customer or state concerns
o Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
o High School diploma or GED
o Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
o Ability to work on-call on weekends and work in the office M-F in Frisco, TX
o Excellent written, interpersonal and customer service communication skills
o Problem solving skills
o Critical thinking skills
o Active listening skills
o Able to collaborate
o PC/application proficiency including standard applications (email, Word, and Excel)
o Strong customer relationship management
o Excellent organization and process excellence
o Strong collaboration and coordination skillset
o Excels in a fast-paced environment
o Salesforce experience, preferred but not required
o SaaS industry experience, preferred but not required
