Descripción de funciones


  • Garantiza que las operaciones diarias se lleven a cabo de conformidad con los requisitos reglamentarios y legales, incluidos FDCPA, regulaciones estatales e HIPPA, y las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa mediante la realización de pruebas continuas de las operaciones y procedimientos de la empresa
.
  • Escalar las deficiencias identificadas. Trabajar con el gerente en la mejora o implementación de controles para abordar las deficiencias e implementar acciones correctivas.

  • Servir de enlace entre el Departamento de Cumplimiento y el abogado de la empresa para abordar amenazas de demandas y demandas pendientes.

  • Coordinar la revisión e interpretación de las leyes y regulaciones nuevas y pendientes que potencialmente afecten las operaciones del negocio.

  • Ayudar a las empresas a abordar las excepciones de las auditorías, tanto internas como externas.

  • Ayudar a responder a las quejas recibidas de las agencias reguladoras.

  • Cumplir con los requisitos de informes de gestión a través de la finalización del registro mensual de quejas y los informes periódicos de cumplimiento a la alta gerencia

  • Brindar apoyo al Gerente de Servicios al Cliente en los proyectos.

  • Coordinar el proceso de concesión de licencias, asegurándose de que todos los documentos se preparen, firmen y envíen de manera oportuna y correcta

  • Monitoreo completo de llamadas de cobradores utilizando nuestro software de cobranza y cuadro de mando

Educación/Experiencia Requerida


  • Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.

  • Conocimiento de las disposiciones reglamentarias y las prácticas de la industria preferidas.

  • Capacidad para gestionar tareas exigentes con organización, atención al detalle y minuciosidad.

  • Debe disfrutar y ser capaz de realizar múltiples tareas en una organización de ritmo rápido.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita.

  • Capacidad para interactuar y comunicarse de manera efectiva con los funcionarios y empleados reguladores en todos los niveles de la organización.

Bilingual Quality Assurance Associate


Job Summary


The role of the Quality Assurance Associate is to perform as a team member, and individually, with moderate supervision to assist with ensuring the agency is in compliance with applicable industry rules including FDCPA, state regulations, and HIPPA. The Compliance Associate will report directly to the Client Services Manager.


Job Description


  • Ensures day-to-day operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements including FDCPA, state regulations, and HIPPA, and the company’s policies and procedures by conducting ongoing testing of the business’ operations and procedures.

  • Escalate deficiencies identified. Work with manager on enhancing or implementing controls to address deficiencies and implementing corrective actions.

  • Serve as liaison between Compliance and company’s attorney to address threats of lawsuits and pending lawsuits.

  • Coordinate the review and interpretation of new and pending laws and regulations that potentially affect the business’ operations.

  • Assist business in addressing exceptions from audits, both internal and external.

  • Assist in responding to complaints received from regulatory agencies.

  • Fulfill management reporting requirements through completion of monthly complaint log and periodic compliance reports to senior management

  • Provide support to Client Services Manager on projects.

  • Coordinate the licensing process, ensuring all documents are prepared, signed, and sent timely and correctly

  • Complete call monitoring of collectors utilizing our collection software and scorecard

Education/Experience Required


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • Knowledge of regulatory provisions and industry practices preferred.

  • Ability to manage demanding tasks with organization, attention to detail, and thoroughness.

  • Must enjoy and be able to multitask in a fast-paced organization.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with regulatory officials and employees at all levels for the organization.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
