The Operations Support Specialist supports the Operations Admin Manager in making sure the Collection Managers and Collectors are compliant through various audits. The Operation Support Specialist supplies information to the Operations Admin Manager about any inconsistencies in managing the employees that are found in the audits. This role monitors performance reviews to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner. This position also provides guidance and clarity to employees regarding company policies and/or employee concerns.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
§ Complete Daily Performance Report
§ Track all Occurrences, notify managers of disciplinary actions needed, and provide an updated Occurrence Log to each Collection. Manager and their Team leads on a weekly basis.
§ Audit ADP to ensure notification of occurrences are being sent to Operations Support Specialist and update Operations Admin Manager.
§ Monitor Performance Reviews to ensure they are completed and update Operations Admin Manager.
§ Employee audits – auditing gaps in a day and comparing cameras, timecards, and calls. Tracking audits to ensure they are being reviewed with employees.
§ Client reports
§ Upload all disciplinary actions and performance reviews for Collection Managers as needed.
§ Update and Maintain Client Listing of all Active Clients.
§ Work with Operations Admin Manager to ensure that the Collection Managers and Staff are compliant regarding the Occurrence Policy, Disciplinary Actions, and Performance reviews.
§ Provide resolutions for improving audit and tracking processes to assist with efficiency when necessary.
§ Provide guidance to employees as it relates to company policies and procedures
§ Field employee concerns/issues and provide resolution while working with Operations Admin Manager
Education and Experience
§ Two years of experience with Artiva and pulling reports out of Artiva.
§ Knowledge of company policies.
§ Knowledge of compliance policies.
§ Knowledge of HR policies
§ Knowledge of management principles and practices.
§ Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Competencies
§ Update and Maintain Client Listing of all Active Clients.

Interpersonal Skills
§ An operations support specialist should be able to support all of the Collection Managers as well as the Operations Admin Manager with a positive attitude. The position requires a person who can follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $20-$22 w/bonus opportunity
Hourly Non-Exempt
Schedule:
- Full-time, on-site
- Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
