Let’s talk about the role:
Reporting directly to the President of the USA, this role presents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to successfully manage the digital, dialing and debt settlement operations of Credit Corp Solutions and identify and lead a program of business improvement initiatives to ensure the day to day performance of all internal operations and achievement of targeted asset returns.
Some Key responsibilities but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the President on establishing resource and operating plans for all operational services and business improvement functions in pursuit of business objectives.
- Monitor local and international markets to identify new initiatives.
- Obtain market intelligence of competitor offerings, economics and success factors.
- Lead internal workshops to identify, assess and filter potential opportunities.
- Lead the identification, design, recommendation and implementation of solutions, working with the business to define, document and validate business and process enhancements.
- Undertake appropriately regular assessments of material business and process enhancement deliverables to monitor completeness of solutions to issues or opportunities and performance against success criteria.
- Act as a senior point of contact for external providers of selected technology and other service provision partners and vendors.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, operating systems, monitoring systems and controls within each operational service function to ensure successful service delivery.
- Maintain an accurate and up to date awareness of the digital channels (websites, apps, digital communications etc.) and dialer systems and strategies

- >10 years late-stage collections management experience
- >10 years project management/business improvement and change management experience
- >5 years digital collections experience
- >5 years dialer strategy experience
- >5 years partner/vendor management experience
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Demonstrated analytical experience
- Proven ability to identify and manage risk
- Success in leading teams
- High level business communication
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office
