Join our innovative Analytics team and help shape the future of risk management through data. As a Senior Manager of Risk Analytics, you will apply your expertise in data strategy and analytics to uncover actionable insights that inform key decisions across our organization. You will play a pivotal role in delivering descriptive and predictive analytics, diagnosing risk exposure, and prescribing data-driven solutions to minimize financial, operational, and compliance risks. What You'll Do
- Own the development and delivery of risk insights that empower business units to make informed, data-backed decisions
- Design and enhance risk models to assess credit, operational, and financial risk exposures
- Lead development of scenario analysis, stress testing, and forecasting models to evaluate risk under various economic and operational conditions
- Build and maintain intuitive dashboards that visualize key risk indicators and trends, enabling proactive risk mitigation
- Define and track risk-related KPIs such as default rates, loss rates, approval rates, etc.
- Collaborate with data engineers, risk, and finance teams to align risk analytics with broader business goals
- Serve as a strategic advisor and mentor to risk analysts, contributing to skill development and best practices
- 8 years of experience in data analytics, risk management, or related field with demonstrated success mentoring teams and influencing cross-functional decisions
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or similar)
- Experience with SQL or Python and demonstrated ability to work with both structured and unstructured databases
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik) to present risk-related insights clearly
- Familiarity with credit, market, and operational risk concepts and frameworks
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to translate complex risk metrics into actionable business strategies
- A self-starter with an analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach in fast-paced environments
