Summary Of Essential Job Functions
- Manage the priorities of the Acquisition Fraud Risk team in order to achieve department goals
- Monitor the performance of fraud risk strategies to ensure an optimal balance between risk and customer experience
- Lead the team to develop root cause analysis of fraud events and create appropriate mitigation strategies
- Support the implementation of a new platform for real-time decisioning of applications
- Partner and collaborate with various business partners such as Credit, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology teams
- Responsible for achieving the goals for acquisition fraud risk
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics, Business, Math, Finance or related field
- 7 years analytical experience in financial products, with a minimum of 2 years in Fraud Risk Management or similar strategy environment in Loan Originations
- Ability to guide and develop a team of strategy analysts
- Proficiency in SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Enterprise Miner, SQL or a similar data analysis tool
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Experience with creating strategies for a decision engine
