Position Summary
This individual will be a key contributor toward Credit One Bank being an industry leader in fraud risk prevention and management. This person will lead a team of strategy analysts focused on managing Fraud Risk for credit card business.
This role requires an individual that has strong leadership, collaboration, critical thinking, is analytical, and can communicate effectively to Executive Management; is detail oriented and can lead and develop a team of analysts. Responsibilities include strategy ownership and improvement, analysis, monitoring for fraud trends and changing behaviors, collaborating across the enterprise to meet business objectives, partnering with operations in strategy execution, while improving customer experience and maintaining profitability.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Lead a team of fraud analysts working on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Assess current state, define future state, and execute
- Monitor for emerging fraud trends within the portfolio
- Determine through analysis the optimal fraud risk management strategies and rules
- Communicate recommendations to senior and executive management
- Establish and balance priorities
- Partner and collaborate with various departments such as Customer Service, Operations, Compliance, Credit Risk, Customer Experience, and Technology
