Position Summary :
Credit One Bank is seeking a Risk Analyst I to join the Credit Risk team. This person will be responsible for supporting the Bank's customer Retention and Reinstatement programs. This position will focus on supporting and monitoring the program strategy, performance, and controls.
In this position, you can become a subject matter expert regarding the programs to potentially include developing skills to assist in identifying and evaluating profit and loss drivers, loss rate calculations, forecasting, and portfolio scores.
Summary of Essential Job Functions :
- Develop and apply business knowledge through all stages of strategy development and monitoring.
- Monitor program reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor assigned programs to ensure they meet performance and strategy expectations.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested, primarily related to anomaly detection, investigation, and explanation.
- Utilize database tools to query and analyze data to manage KPI's, segments, and trends.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions utilizing various database tools.
- Ability to review ideas, reports and results and present findings to various levels of management.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify and resolve issues and to achieve organizational results.
- Manage workflows and assignments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Stay current with business and technical knowledge and trends.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
