Your field of responsibility


The UHNW Lending and Deposit Group is responsible for originating lending facilities and deposits for Ultra High Net Worth clients of the Investment Banking Capital Markets Division. The UHNW Operations role sits within the Global Corporate Banking COO Group and is tasked with supporting the UHNW Lending and Deposit team. The role is responsible for the booking and maintenance of loan facilities and deposit products, as well as assist senior management with key IT and client initiatives.

Successful individuals provide strong daily performance across a multi-faceted process with an ability to establish effective relationships with all clients, lending and deposit officers, credit risk management, and various other support organizations within IBCM.

Additional primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Input of transactional data surrounding Loans and Deposits in T24.
  • Monitoring of unique bookings during the life cycle of a given product, ensuring all terms are captured throughout.
  • Management of key control aspects of the loan booking and execution process including, but not limited to, collection of documents, validation of loan booking, and archiving of data received from clients and Front Office.
  • Accurate recording of reporting and collateral covenants within Black Mountain.
  • Analysis of supporting documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Identification and reporting of collateral shortfalls including working with UHNW Lending, UHNW Coverage and clients to identify timely resolution of same.
  • Efficiently manage daily control items (KRI’s) by reviewing and reconciling where applicable.
  • Monitor pipeline and closed deal reporting requirements, including data analysis, and booking feasibility.
  • Preparation and distribution of client communication regarding upcoming interest, fee and principal payments.
  • Preparation of various management reports using large data sets.

  • 1-3 years of proven work experience in financial services or corporative environment.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working in client-facing role.
  • Able to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
