A Day in the Life as a Phone Service Representative:
To serve validated members via phone by providing accurate account or card information and cross sell beneficial credit union products/services while maintaining member accounts.
What you will do:
-Customer Service: Handle incoming calls, assisting members with account inquiries, transactions, and product information.
-Account Assistance: Provide detailed support for balance inquiries, transaction histories, and account maintenance requests.
-Member/Account Support: Help members troubleshoot issues with online or mobile banking platforms.
What we are looking for:
-High School education or equivalent.
-1-3 years of similar or related experience preferred. Related experience can include previous experience in banking/financial services industries or previous customer service experience.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM -12:30 PM
Salary Range:
$21.10-23.44 per hour
