What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller/Member Service Representative position at Credit Union of Emporia?
Full Time Teller/MSR
Employee will be expected to assist members with their financial needs including in person and over the phone, provide exceptional and friendly service, balance cash drawer daily, and a variety of other duties relating to our business. Employees must have knowledge of the accounts and services we offer to help better serve our members.
Qualifications/ Job Requirements:
Applicant must be detail oriented and be available to work between 8 am and 6 pm (hours may vary by day) and some Saturday mornings year-round. Must have great communication and listening skills and work well with public and coworkers. Additional skills needed include basic computer knowledge, accuracy with numbers and names and work with moderate supervision. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
