We have a 6 month contract to hire opportunity for banking client of ours and is exclusive to Sierra Solutions. Client is Broadview Federal Credit Union, located in Albany, NY.
**For this position, it is REQUIRED that this person be either LOCAL to Albany, NY OR willing/able to relocate prior to starting day 1. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Do not share the client’s name please.
- This person Does NOT need to be Workday certified (would be HIGHLY PREFERRED).
- HOWEVER, he/she must have at least 3 years of Workday experience within the HCM suite.*
Title: Workday Business Analyst
Location: Albany, NY.
Candidates must currently be local to Albany, OR, willing to relocate prior to starting day 1. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Duration: 6-month CONTRACT TO HIRE
Start date: ASAP
Citizenship: Will ONLY consider US Citizen or Green card holders. They will NOT sponsor anyone.
Experience and Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HRIS or Human Resources.
- 5 years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst II.
- 3-4 years of strong functional and technical experience in two or more of the following modules within the Workday HCM Suite:
- HCM Core
- Data Analytics
- Recruiting
- Payroll/ Absence
- Talent & Performance
- Adaptive planning and Peakon.
- Workday Business Process Design and Integrations experience.
- Proven relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Ability to look beyond current issues and prepare and plan for long term solutions that support business vision and objectives.
- High degree of competency with product and project management skills.
- Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and business/IT partner collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including the ability to perceive patterns and relationships between technologies, processes, and business models, in order to create original concepts and theories, and to think creatively.

Pay: $47.69 - $60.00 per hour
