Job Details
We are seeking a Workday Business Analyst for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading banking client based in Albany, NY.
Candidates MUST be either currently located in Albany, NY OR willing and able to relocate prior to Day 1 of employment. No exceptions will be made.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, HRIS, or a related field
5 years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst II
3 years of recent hands-on experience in Workday HCM
Strong functional and technical experience in at least two of the following Workday HCM modules:
o Core HCM
o Data Analytics
o Recruiting
o Payroll/Absence
o Talent & Performance
o Adaptive Planning and/or Peakon
Experience in Workday Business Process Design and Integrations
Preferred (but not required):
Workday Certification Highly preferred, but not required
