Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our field crews. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused. You’ll be responsible for executing projects from start to finish while managing your crew, reading plans, and ensuring top-tier quality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead crews in the installation of:
- Paver patios and walkways
- Segmental retaining walls
- Outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other outdoor living features
- Grading, drainage, and site preparation
- Read and interpret landscape construction plans and blueprints
- Operate equipment including skid steers and excavators
- Communicate with project managers and clients as needed
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and up to standard
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in hardscape/landscape construction
- Leadership experience (foreman or crew lead preferred)
- Proficient with paver installation, wall systems, and outdoor features
- Can read and follow construction plans
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and basic tools
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
