About you
As a Creekstone Academy Assistant Director, you will inspire and lead others to create an exceptional Childcare and Development experience for all while supporting the team to reach their potential.
You will continue CreekStone’s legacy of bringing quality care and big smiles to our families through an engaging and caring environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Your leadership will strengthen our center every day by supporting our values and sponsoring an inclusive educational environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations in line with our CreekStone Academy philosophies in concert with 100% compliance of our Alabama license.
- Accommodate state licensing consultants during visits, review reports and manage necessary changes per licensing rules.
- Partner with the Director to manage and grow Teachers through regular check-ins, and ongoing coaching.
- Support a strong and diverse team that includes team members with various experiences, backgrounds, and skillsets to drive center success.
- Successfully grow enrollment with community networking, tours, and marketing.
- Inspire, connect, and communicate professionally and effectively at all levels.
- Adopt change, demonstrate flexibility and accelerate action with confidence and positivity.
- Drive and execute initiatives according to timelines and standards.
- Analyze business results and coach effectively on actions to continuously improve results and exceed enrollment plan.
- Ensure Safety and Asset Protection standards through compliance management, quality service, and operational controls within the center.
- Take initiative to ensure the success of the business.
- Be innovative and own results.
- Foster a positive work environment with open communication, timely resolution of conflicts and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- Strong Early Education background including a leadership role in a center.
- Proven understanding of the licensing laws of the State of Alabama.
- Passionate about the growth and development of every single enrolled child.
- Experience in management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license
Physical Demands:
· Ability to lift 40 pounds.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as climb up/down ladder.
