Position Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to support the scheduling and dispatching of appliance installation crews. This position will play a critical role in coordinating with builders, office administration, and providing basic customer service to ensure timely and efficient installations. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and be comfortable with occasional light warehouse duties as part of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule installation crews for appliance deliveries and installations across multiple locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatching of crews based on job priority and availability.
- Act as a liaison between builders, office administration, and customers to confirm scheduling details, resolve issues, and ensure smooth job completion.
- Respond to and resolve any issues that may arise during the scheduling, dispatch, or installation process.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as tracking installation progress, updating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and handling inquiries.
- Provide professional and friendly support to customers regarding installation status, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with light warehouse work to facilitate installations, including inventory checks and preparation of appliances for delivery.
